Shield Reserve
Accumulate the market’s fee allocation as a ZEC reserve, without automatic holder payouts.
How Shield Reserve works
Shield Reserve does not automatically buy another asset or distribute the reserve to holders. A recorded reserve allocation is not proof of a later transfer or purchase.
- Trading generates eligible creator fees in Pump’s vaults.
- Collection transfers eligible fees to the shared treasury when the required checks pass.
- A verified receipt is split into the 20% protocol share and the 80% market share.
- The market’s share is retained as ZEC in its reserve accounting.
Settings
The threshold does not activate a holder distribution. Shield Reserve has no payout epoch or holding-age multiplier.
| Setting | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum capital | 100,000 base units, equal to 0.001 ZEC. | The mode’s capital threshold, expressed as a positive integer in the quote asset’s smallest units. Review the launch form’s actual setting. |
Where the reserve lives
Reserve funds are accounted for inside the shared ZECPAD treasury. Each market and asset has its own accounting allocation, but not its own wallet or private key.
Use the Treasury page to distinguish confirmed receipts, available allocations and any reserved or executed amounts. Unclaimed fees still in Pump’s vaults are not yet treasury reserve capital.
What the reserve does not provide
- No token redemption rights or entitlement to withdraw the shared treasury.
- No automatic holder payouts, token buybacks or price floor.
- No shielded transfers or private onchain balances.
- No protection against market losses, quote-asset risk or treasury custody risk.
